Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

Delivery time: 4–8 business days.

Exchanges & Returns

  • No returns on COD orders.
  • No exchanges/returns for:
    • Sale items
    • White/light-colored products
    • Washed, worn, or tagless items
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only size exchanges: Ordered black (S) and need (M)? You’ll get black (M). No color changes.
  • If the size isn’t available, no refunds. You can select another product (price adjustments apply).

Returns

  • Applicable for prepaid orders only, within 7 days.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have tags intact.
  • Return fee: ₹100 per product (covers shipping & packaging).

Sale Items

  • No returns/exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • No return/exchange on Flat 999 Sale.

Cancellations

  • Cancel before shipping: No charge.
  • Cancel after processing: ₹100 charge.
